Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
- Please note that during peak periods (such as holidays or new product launches), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.
Shipping Time
- Once processed, orders typically take 5-7 business days to arrive at your location, depending on where you are in the U.S.
- Please keep in mind that these time frames are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier service delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
- Express Delivery: If you need your order sooner, we offer express delivery at an additional cost of $20. This option can be selected at checkout, and it typically reduces delivery time to 2-3 business days.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
- After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order's journey from our warehouse to your delivery address.
- If you encounter any issues with tracking or do not receive your tracking number, please contact our support team at info@coretribe.co for assistance.
International Shipping
- Currently, CoreTribe only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but please check back as we plan to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
Delivery Issues
- If you experience any delivery issues such as missing packages, incorrect delivery addresses, or delays, please contact us as soon as possible at info@coretribe.co. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue quickly.
- In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and email them to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to offer a suitable resolution, whether it’s a replacement or a refund.
PO Boxes
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a complete street address during checkout to ensure successful delivery of your order.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- All orders shipped within the United States include applicable taxes. Customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to their specific location. CoreTribe is not responsible for these additional charges.
